- Base price covers up to 6 guests. An additional surcharge of THB 2,000 per person applies for each guest above 6, up to the boat's maximum of 8 guests.
- A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the remaining 50% is paid no later than 3 working days before departure; bookings made less than 14 days before departure are paid in full; card payments carry a 4% surcharge.
- Cancellation: prior to 7 days before departure 75% of the charter value is retained; prior to 72 hours 50%; after 48 hours 100%. In bad weather the operator offers a replacement vessel, a new date or a refund less the costs incurred.
