What the hotels in Nai Harn are like
Nai Harn's hotel stock is small and mostly mid-range, in keeping with a bay that feels like a village. The Nai Harn, on the southern headland, is the only large upmarket hotel; Sunsuri Phuket sits on the hill above the lake, and All Seasons Naiharn and a handful of smaller resorts fill the roads behind the beach. Guesthouses and small three-star places cluster around the lake and along the road towards Rawai.

Seven hundred metres of pale sand with a moderate gradient and, in the high season, some of the clearest water on the island, sheltered by headlands and used as a yacht anchorage in calm months; Ya Nui over the southern headland has snorkelling from the sand. From May to October a fast shore-break and headland rips keep the red flags up for much of the season.
